New Zealand food writer: "Adding soy products to your diet has a number of benefits, including making the skin firm, full and youthful, as they help build and maintain collagen and elastin. I'd go for soy milk, miso and edamame (fresh green soya beans). Some people share my textural dislike for tofu, which can prevent them from including it in their diet. It may take a month before you notice a difference, though many people notice a difference in less than two weeks."
